Once your order is ready and posted we’ll send an email confirming all the details of your delivery including carrier and tracking information.

UK Delivery Options:

Standard delivery £5 (Free on orders over £50 - UK mainland orders only)
Your order should be with you within 3-7 working days. During Sale orders may take longer to arrive. Thank you in advance for your patience with this.

We aim to cover all areas with our Next day service, but unfortunately, we cannot cover certain areas. These include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands. This service is not available on store stock items.



We offer a 14 day returns policy in which you can return your items to us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, if you attempt to return items after 14 days we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email: and we will refund upon receipt of the item subject to the terms and conditions.
We are unable to complete a refund if the items are damaged, on sale, worn, or if the tag is removed. The items must be in its original packaging. Any defected products, unless proven in manufacturing will not be held accountable for and therefore we cannot carry out a refund. Once your return has been inspected we will notify you via email to inform you that we have received the item. Your refund will then be processed and the payment will be applied to the original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s  we will refund upon receipt of the item subject to the terms and conditions. 

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: Send your request to along with your name and order number.
Sale items cannot be refunded; we will only accept an exchange or the equivalent to be transferred to a gift card.
